MASSENA — Initial site work for the proposed Air Products and Chemicals green hydrogen facility inMassena is set to begin.
Trip Oliver, director of government relations for Air Products, said he and other company officials had driven by the Pontoon Bridge Road site and saw some equipment starting to gather.
“We actually just drove by the site today, and it appears as if site clearing is just getting underway,” he said during a public hearing held by the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency Tuesday morning in Massena.
