I’ve been a big fan of Nichols Farms’ Pistachios since I found them
at Expo East in 2022. They make a variety of in shell, shelled and
flavored pistachio nuts including my favorite Cocoa Cookie.
I saw Nichols Farms at Sweets & Snacks and they shared some
great news. They’ve expanded their organic line and now have the
first Certified Organic flavored pistachio nuts on the market (shelled
and in shell). They sent me some to try and some to share with a lucky reader.
