New York City solar energy developer and installer Brooklyn SolarWorks has joined the NYC Accelerator Service Provider Program, making it easier for property owners to decarbonize their buildings.

The company said the initiative, part of the Mayor’s Office of Climate & Environmental Justice, facilitates the city’s transition to carbon neutrality while enhancing community health and safety, according to a press release.

The program offers free resources to building owners, managers and industry professionals, including training, guidance on local regulations, and support for project financing.

“We are grateful to be recognized by NYC Accelerator as a qualified service provider,” said T.R. Ludwig, chief executive officer of Brooklyn SolarWorks. “We look forward to leveraging this accreditation to expand our reach throughout the city to help building owners achieve their decarbonization goals and create healthier, more energy-efficient spaces for residents and tenants.”

As an NYC Accelerator Service Provider, Brooklyn SolarWorks offers a variety of solar solutions, including property assessments and customized solar plans.
